XARABTEC EMPLOYEE'S CONSTRUCTION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is on the first floor, at number 106, right near the RBSM School on Sohna Road. Being near a school means it gets pretty loud around drop-off and pick-up times, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. The office is a decent size with enough room for our small team to sit and plan our construction projects. Sohna Road is always packed with cars and buses, so getting anywhere takes longer than it should most days. We are an employee-run kind of setup, which makes the atmosphere a bit different here compared to other places. Everyone pitches in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or going out to a site to check on the foundation. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or missions. We just show up and do the work. The office walls are covered with site schedules and a few old calendars from past years. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall downstairs while we discuss the day’s problems and the budget. Construction can be a messy business, and we often bring that mess back to the office on our shoes. We deal with the local authorities, manage the workers, and try to keep everything on schedule as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination, and things don't always go perfectly. We just try to fix the mistakes and keep moving forward. It’s an honest way to make a living.
