We've been at The Palm Square in Sector 66 for a while now, up on the 13th floor. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My team and I handle a lot of different projects involving construction and making the inside of buildings look right. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. Some days are just about looking at floor plans and others are spent talking to suppliers or making sure things are actually moving on the ground. We took these units, 002 and 003, because we needed the space for all the samples and paperwork that comes with this job. People often ask what we do exactly, and it's mostly just making sure the walls go up where they should and the interiors don't fall apart. We aren't doing anything fancy with big speeches, we just show up and get through the list of tasks for the day. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just how building stuff goes in this area. We know the local regulations and how things work around Sector 66 pretty well by now. If you come by the office, you'll probably see a lot of blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. It isn't a showroom, it's just where we get the planning done. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just us working through the projects one by one, keeping the site visits regular and making sure the materials arrive.
