Our office is located at 419 in Qutab Plaza, which is part of DLF Phase I. It is a pretty well-known spot in the area. The plaza has a lot of different shops and offices, so it stays busy throughout the day. We are up on the fourth floor. It is a decent space, enough for our desks and the engineering drawings we have to look at. Being in DLF Phase I is convenient because there are plenty of spots nearby if we need to step out for a coffee or a quick bite. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual computers and files stacked up. Engineering services can be a bit slow sometimes with all the planning and checking that needs to happen, but we just stay at it. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come to see us already have an appointment or know exactly where room 419 is. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is moving at once. We usually have a few projects going at the same time, so the phones ring quite a bit. It’s just a regular office environment where we try to get the technical details right. We’ve been in this building for some time and it suits the way we work.
