Welcomheritage is located at E 6/19, on the Ground Floor of DLF City, Phase I in Gurgaon. We’ve been based here in the 122 002 zip code area for quite a while. Gurgaon has grown up around us, with all those big glass towers, but our spot on the ground floor feels a bit more down to earth. We handle the heritage side of things from this office. It’s a lot of coordinating with different properties and making sure everything is in order. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our files, our computers, and a small area where we can sit and talk. We aren't into that whole corporate lifestyle where everything is perfectly staged. Our desks might be a little messy sometimes, and we might have a stack of papers waiting to be filed. That’s just how it is when you’re busy. We focus on the work rather than the appearance of the office. People who visit us in Phase I know we are practical people. We don't use big buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just manage the heritage spots and keep the records straight. It’s a steady job in a fast-moving city. We like the location because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve made this little corner of DLF City our own over the years.
