Hotel Leela Kempinski

Hotel Leela Kempinski is a big name, but our location here at H.No. 85 in Village Mauzabad is a bit different from what you might expect. We are out in Distt. Gurgaon, specifically near Post-Jaitpur in Haryana. The pin code is 123502. It’s much quieter out here than in the center of the city. You can actually see some open space, and the air feels a little different than it does in the middle of Delhi. We handle a lot of the administrative and support work from this village office. It’s a simple building, nothing like the grand hotels you see in the pictures. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of ledgers. Our day usually starts early before the sun gets too high. We spend time talking to the staff and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistics and counting things. Being in Mauzabad means we aren't part of the big city rush, which is actually kind of nice. We can focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. Sometimes the local village life gets in the way, like when a tractor blocks the road, but we just wait it out. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don't use fancy talk or big promises. We just manage the operations and keep the books straight for the whole group. It's just simple daily work.
