Hotel Sands Inn

We are up here on the second floor of SCO 394 in Sector 29, right near the Ifco Metro Station. It’s a busy spot with people always rushing to catch the train or walking over from the nearby offices. Being Hotel Sands Inn, we see a lot of travelers who just need a place to crash after a long day of meetings or a tiring flight. The hallway usually smells like the cleaning stuff we use every morning and there’s always a bit of chatter coming from the front desk. We don’t have fancy marble lobbies or anything like that, just basic rooms and a staff that knows how to get things done without making a big deal about it. Sometimes the lift takes a second to get up to the second floor, but it works fine. We spend a lot of time making sure the linens are changed and the bathrooms are scrubbed because that’s what really matters when you’re away from home. Being so close to the metro means it stays noisy outside until late, but once you close the windows, it settles down mostly. Most days we are just busy checking people in and out, answering the phone, and making sure the water is hot in the morning. It’s a simple operation we run here. We have been in this part of Gurgaon for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well by this point.
