Itc Ltd. Hotels Division

We are based at the ITC Green Centre, which is located at 10, Institutional Area in Sector-32, Gurgaon. This is the main hub for our hotels division, and it’s a fairly large building compared to some of the smaller shops in the area. Even though it is a big office, the daily grind is much like any other place. There are people at their desks, meetings that go on a bit too long, and a lot of coffee being drank in the breakroom. Working here means we are always thinking about hotels, but from the administrative side. We deal with all the logistics and the planning that goes into running places across the country. Sector-32 is a bit of a quiet area with lots of offices, so it feels very professional, but inside we are just a bunch of people trying to keep things moving. We don't really have a "mission" we talk about; we just have tasks that need to be finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold or the elevators take forever, which is just part of working in a big Gurgaon building. We manage things like supply chains and staffing from this central spot. It’s a lot of emails and spreadsheets, honestly. We are just a dedicated team working out of this green building, making sure the hotels have what they need to stay open and keep running for everyone who visits them.
