Our office is up on the 7th floor of Unitech Arcedia. If you know South City-II in Gurgaon, you know the building. It has got that look of a place where a lot is happening at once. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though mostly it is just other buildings and the tops of trees. We have been here for a bit now. The lift sometimes takes forever when everyone is arriving in the morning, so we have learned to be patient. It is a decent workspace, 709 is the room number. We have desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. It is not a shiny showroom; it is just where we handle the landbase business. Gurgaon is always changing, and you can see new construction from our windows every few months. We drink a lot of chai during the day. Sometimes we order in from the shops downstairs in Arcedia when we are too busy to go out. The parking can be a bit of a headache, especially on Mondays. But we make it work. It is a practical spot for us. We do not spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We are more focused on the actual work at hand. It is a regular office life with the usual ups and downs you would expect in a place like this.
