Hans Enclave is a little corner of Gurgaon that doesn't feel quite as corporate as the rest of the city. Our address is 198/8. It’s a very practical location for what we do. We don’t have a big glass front or a security guard standing at the door. It’s just us. The space inside is usually filled with whatever we are stocking at the moment. It can get a bit messy during the middle of the week when new shipments arrive. We just work our way through the piles of boxes. The walls are just a plain off-white color. We have a few old fans going to keep the air moving because it gets really stuffy in the heat. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby houses. We have seen the kids in the neighborhood growing up over the years. They used to come in for small treats, and now they are buying things for their own homes. It’s funny how time works like that. We don't have a big marketing plan or a social media page. We just open up the door and see who comes in. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we really like. It’s not like the main roads where the noise never stops. We take our time with our customers. If someone wants to talk, we talk. There is always time for a quick chat.
