Fat Lulu

We are in Cross Point Mall, specifically at unit 105. That is in DLF City Phase IV in Gurgaon. Most people know where Galleria Market is and we are quite close to that. It is a busy part of town with a lot of offices and apartments nearby. We focus on food, mostly stuff that people like to grab for lunch or a casual dinner. The mall gets a lot of foot traffic so we see a lot of different people every day. It is not a huge place but we make it work. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and at the counter. It is a pretty simple setup. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people ask for it. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, prep the ingredients, and serve the customers. Gurgaon is a fast place so we try to keep up with that pace. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. We are just part of the mall community here. It is a practical job for us. We don't spend much on decorations or big signs. We just keep the door open and stay busy. That is all there is to it really.
