Our business is based in Sector 31 of Gurgaon, at house number 961. It’s a regular residential-style building that we have converted for our needs. We handle a variety of collections, mostly clothes and textiles. The rooms are filled with racks and boxes, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of space. Gurgaon has grown so much around us that the traffic in Sector 31 can be a real headache some days. We don't have a fancy storefront with big windows. It’s more of a warehouse and office combo where we manage everything. A few people work here with us, helping to sort through the new arrivals and get things ready for the customers. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around and checking the inventory. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed against the wall with some old computers. We don’t follow any corporate rules here; we just do what needs to be done to keep the business going. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in, and other times we close early if things are quiet. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys quite well. It’s just a normal day of work for us, surrounded by fabrics and shipping labels in our little corner of the city.
