We’ve set up our office at Plot No-146 in Arjun Nagar. Being in Gurgaon means things are always moving fast, and we’re right in the center of all that noise and dust. VBSRGHOME PROJECTS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call our small company. We do a lot of local development, mostly helping people figure out how to build on their plots or improve what they already have. It’s a lot of time spent dealing with local rules and even more time out on the ground making sure the actual building is happening correctly. Our office is usually filled with rolls of plans and samples of bricks or floor tiles. We aren't a big, polished firm with fancy suits and expensive cars. We’re usually wearing boots and old clothes because we’re actually out there on the sites every day. It’s a tough way to earn a living, especially with how quickly things change in Haryana, but we like seeing a project go from a simple drawing to a real building. We’ve had our share of problems, like finding good help or dealing with the summer heat, but we just keep showing up. People in Arjun Nagar know where we are if they need a project handled. We try to stay practical and just get the job done right without a lot of fuss.
