Our office is located at U-54/3 on the second floor of DLF Phase-3 in Gurgaon. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The building is usually buzzing with people going in and out, but our floor stays relatively quiet most of the time. The pin code here is 122001. We don’t have a massive team, just a handful of folks who show up and get through the daily pile of work. It’s a simple setup with basic desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor, which is good exercise I suppose. We aren't interested in fancy office decorations or having a big reception area. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. If you need to find us, look for the Vatika Ltd sign near the entrance. It’s not very big, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely. We don't do big corporate lunches or have long meetings that lead nowhere. We just focus on what needs to be done before the day ends. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we all try to wrap things up and head out before it gets too bad. It’s a straightforward way of working that suits us just fine.
