Vatika Group

Our office is located inside Kendriya Vihar, specifically at C-256 in Sector-56, Gurgaon. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big commercial hubs like Cyber City. Since we are in a housing society, the surroundings are quiet most of the time. We have a small team working out of this flat. We deal with various property matters and local management tasks for the Vatika Group. It’s nice having a kitchen right there to make tea whenever we want. People sometimes have trouble finding the exact block, but once you’re in Kendriya Vihar, it’s not too bad. The park outside is good for a quick walk when the eyes get tired of the screens. We started here because it was convenient for the team. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity with a lobby and security guards at every door. It’s just an office in a flat where we handle our paperwork and talk to people about their homes or investments. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. That’s just how it is here. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how everything runs. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go about our day in Sector-56. It's a very grounded way of doing business, without the extra flashiness you see in other parts of Gurgaon.
