Our place is located at House Number 1324 A, right between Sector 31 and 32 here in Gurugram. It’s a central spot for us to manage what we do. We focus on homes, which usually means a lot of time spent thinking about how people actually use their living spaces. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Gurgaon is a big place, but we stay focused on our local area. We deal with the nuts and bolts of home building and management. Some days we are dealing with plumbers and electricians, other days it is all about the legal side of things. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from just being around and people knowing what we do. The office is usually filled with blueprints and various samples. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. Building or fixing up a home is a big deal for anyone, so we take the tasks seriously without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and plan to stay. It’s just about doing a decent job and making sure the houses we work on are handled right from start to finish. We're just neighbors helping to build other neighbors' homes.
