Varada Living Llp is based over at Plot Number 3204 in Sector 46 of Gurgaon. We’ve been in this area for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We deal with living spaces and property management, mostly. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes because there’s always something breaking or some paperwork that needs filing. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Gurgaon for years, so we know the shortcuts and the problems with the local infrastructure. We don’t really go in for those polished presentations or corporate slogans. We’d rather just show you a place and let you see it for yourself. Sector 46 is a good spot, fairly central, so it’s easy for people to come and visit us at the plot. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the maintenance is being done properly. It’s not always easy, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to fix them.
