We are over at Flat No. -37, right on the ground floor in Vatika India Next. Being in Sector 82 means we see a lot of people moving in and out of the area every day. It’s a busy spot, and our office is usually full of papers and drawings. Most days, we are just sitting here working on the next set of plans or talking to someone who stopped by. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular ground floor flat where we handle the development side of things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the construction and people driving by, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much it has changed. Most of the time, we’re busy with the small details that nobody else really sees until the building is done. It’s a lot of back-and-forth phone calls and checking on site progress. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to find us without having to wait for an elevator. If the door is open, it usually means someone is inside drinking tea and looking over a blueprint. It’s not a complicated setup, just us doing our jobs in this corner of Gurgaon. We try to get through the daily tasks without making a fuss. We just keep our heads down and work.
