Our setup is a bit different because we operate out of a house in Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon. It is house number 67 B, care of Sh. S. C. Gupta, and we are right near the Shiv Gupha Mandir. Working in a residential area like this makes things feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big industrial park. We have converted part of the space into an office where we manage the power equipment side of things. There is usually the sound of bells from the temple nearby, which is quite nice in the evenings. We have computers and some test equipment spread out on various tables, and there are always wires and cables tucked into corners. It is a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know where everything is. Since we are in Haryana 122015, we deal with the typical local issues like power cuts and the heat, so we have our own backup systems running. People usually call us before coming over since it looks like a regular home from the outside. We spend our days coordinating with people and making sure the technical stuff is sorted out. It is just a small group of us here, and we usually eat lunch together in the small kitchen area. It is a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business, and it suits the kind of work we do every day.
