Alm Group

We are based over in Sector-40, Gurgaon. Alm Group has been around this area for a while, and we’ve seen how much it has grown. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s always busy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we get our daily tasks done. We don't have those fancy break rooms or bean bags you see in the tech offices nearby. We just have desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and talking to people on the phone. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, and we’ve definitely had our moments of chaos. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take longer than we thought, we just say so. We don’t see the point in making excuses. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the person answering the door is the same person managing the whole project. We like it that way because it keeps us close to what’s actually happening. We are just regular people trying to do a solid day’s work in Gurgaon. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best and that seems to be enough for our clients. We’ve made mistakes but we fix them as we go along.
