Farefortal Pvt. Ltd. is based on the first floor of building A33 in Sanjay Gram. If you know Sector 14 in Gurgaon, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Our office is a simple setup where we handle travel and fare details. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few computers that have seen better days. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we tell people to be careful. Sanjay Gram is a lively place to work, there’s always something going on outside on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the traffic on the main road. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out the best routes and prices for folks who need them. It’s practical work. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. It gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we just keep the windows shut and get on with it. It’s a basic, honest workspace where we try to stay on top of the daily grind. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby and usually get back to it quickly. It is a no-nonsense kind of place and we focus on the tasks we have each day without much distraction.
