Orange Business Services

You can find us at 1024/7 in the Sector-7 Extension of Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, but we’ve been in this spot for a while. We work under the Orange Business Services name, focusing on all the tech and communication stuff that businesses need. Our office isn't anything special to look at; it’s mostly just rows of computers and a lot of tangled cables in the server room. We spend a lot of time on headsets or typing away. Gurgaon’s weather can be pretty extreme, so we’re grateful for the air conditioning when it’s working right. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people. We just answer the phone and try to solve whatever technical glitch is happening. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and patience. Sector-7 Extension is a busy area with plenty of tea stalls and small shops, so we usually head out for a quick bite in the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the most impressive company in the world. We’re just a group of people who understand how these systems work and try to keep them running. It’s not always exciting, and some days are just long stretches of data entry, but it’s our job and we do it as well as we can. No big promises, just daily work in a dusty part of Gurgaon.
