U.T. Infracon Private Limited

You can find us at Flat No. 112, on the first floor of Unitech Height. It’s located in South City-1, right here in Gurgaon. We’ve been operating as U.T. Infracon Private Limited from this flat for a while. It’s a bit different than being in a big glass office tower, but we like it this way. It feels more like a workspace where people actually get things done. We’ve got the 122001 pin code area pretty well covered. There’s always a lot of traffic in Gurgaon, so being in South City-1 is actually quite handy for us. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our computers, some maps, and a lot of coffee. We aren't the type of people to talk about ourselves in a big way. We just do the work. The team is small and we all know each other well. It’s a practical arrangement. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of Haryana. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our time goes into the projects we are handling. It’s a straightforward business. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see the Unitech Height building easily enough. We’re just up one flight of stairs. It is a very simple way to run an office, but it has worked for us for years now.
