Unitech South Patio & Club Patio

We are located in South City 1, specifically over in Block E. The area here is a bit quieter than the main roads, which makes for a different kind of workday. Unitech South Patio & Club Patio is a place where there is a lot of outdoor space, so we spend a fair amount of time walking between the different sections. Whether it’s checking on the lawn or making sure the gates are functioning properly, someone is always on the move. The morning air in Block E is usually quite nice before the humidity kicks in. We have a small office area where the records are kept, but it’s mostly just a base for us to grab our keys or a drink of water. There’s a lot of routine involved in keeping a place like this running. We see a lot of the same residents every day, usually people out for a walk or heading to the pool area. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, though it can get stressful when something breaks and needs fixing immediately. The brickwork around the patio has a few cracks and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it gives the place some character. We don’t try to make it look like a five-star resort; it’s just a neighborhood club where things are kept simple and functional for everyone who lives nearby. It is a decent spot to work.
