Our office is located at 128A/18 in Friends Colony. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of town has its own rhythm. We've been here at Unitech Ltd for quite some time now, just going about our daily business in this neighborhood. It’s a 122001 area, so it’s fairly central and easy for people to find us when they need to drop by. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy slogans. Mostly, it's just a group of us sitting in the office, making sure the paperwork is sorted and the phones are answered. The building itself is pretty normal, nothing that would make you stop and stare, but it works for what we do. On most mornings, you can hear the local traffic starting up and the neighborhood waking up around us. We have a routine that we stick to. It's not always exciting, but it’s honest work. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, or we grab a quick snack from the shop down the street. We’ve gotten to know the regular faces around Friends Colony over the years. It feels like we are part of the scenery here now. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There isn't any mystery to it. We are just Unitech Ltd, working out of a quiet street in Gurgaon, trying to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama or fuss. It’s just how we operate here every single day for the community.
