We are based at 318, Sector-40 in Gurgaon. The pin code is 122001. It’s a standalone building in a residential sector, which is quite common for businesses like ours. Gurgaon can be very flashy with all the malls and skyscrapers, but Sector-40 is more grounded. Our office is just a regular building with a few rooms. We have set up Unitech Ltd here and have been operating for a good while. The rooms are filled with desks that don't quite match, and the chairs are a bit creaky. It’s a very human place to work. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to deal with that right now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through various spreadsheets. We don't have a marketing team or people to write polished speeches. We just talk like normal people and do the work that needs to be done. It can get quite busy during the week, with people coming in and out for different reasons. The parking outside is a bit of a nightmare sometimes because the lanes are narrow, but we manage to find a spot. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the records are up to date.
