Unitech Liimited

Our office is down on the ground floor of A/76 in South City II, Gurgaon. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the main office hubs near the highway. We’ve been running Unitech Liimited from here for a while now. The space is fairly simple. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a small area where we keep our supplies. Because we are on the ground floor, we see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school throughout the day. It makes the workday feel a bit more normal and less like we’re trapped in a box. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls. It’s just a functional place where we can get our tasks done without too much distraction. Sometimes the printer jams or the tea runs out, and we have to deal with those small things just like anyone else. We don’t have a big hierarchy here. Everyone just does what needs to be done to keep things moving. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm with hundreds of employees. We like the size we are. It’s manageable and we know exactly what is happening every day. It’s just a steady, local business doing its thing in a quiet corner of Gurgaon. No bells or whistles, just honest work. We finish up in the evening and lock the gate, ready for the next morning.
