UMRAV CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Umrav Constructions LLP is located over at A-14 in the Palam Vihar Extension area of Gurugram. We also have ties to Shivaji Nagar here in Gurgaon, so we are pretty much always moving between these two spots. The office in Palam Vihar is where we keep all the files and handle the daily grind of running a construction outfit. It is not a corporate headquarters with a bunch of people in suits; it is mostly just us in dusty clothes talking about cement prices or labor schedules. Gurugram is a fast place and everything seems to happen at once, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate things. We started this because we knew the area well and saw how much building was going on. Our address in HR-122001 is where the mail goes, but you will mostly find us out at the actual project locations. We deal with a lot of small details that people do not usually see, like checking the quality of the rebar or making sure the levels are right. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes things do not go according to plan, like when the rain ruins a fresh pour. We just deal with it and keep moving. We are a local crew and we prefer doing business with people face-to-face rather than through a bunch of emails.
