Ujjagar Constructions Private Limited operates from Unit No. Sb/C/5L/Office/008 inside M3M Urbana, Sector-67. Even though M3M Urbana is a pretty modern and busy commercial place, our office feels like a regular workspace where we actually get our hands dirty. It’s a good spot to be because it’s right in the middle of all the new development happening in this part of the city. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or talking to vendors on the phone. The office itself is functional; we have what we need to keep the projects moving. There's always someone coming or going, whether it’s a site supervisor or someone delivering supplies. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate image. Our focus is more on the actual construction work out in the field. Sometimes the lifts in the building are slow, or the parking is a bit of a mess, but being in Sector-67 is convenient for reaching our different project locations. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role, so things usually run okay without a lot of management layers. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just show up at the office, check the progress of the day, and try to make sure everything is built the way it’s supposed to be. It's just regular work for us, and we take it one project at a time.
