TRIGUN LANDBASE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is located up on the 9th floor of Unitech Arcadia. We have two units there, 907 and 908. It’s right in South City-II in Sector-49, Gurgaon. Working in a high-rise means we see a lot of the city every day. The elevators can be slow sometimes, but once you’re up here, it’s a good space to get things done. We deal with land and property matters around Haryana. Gurgaon is a fast place, always something new being built. Our office is usually busy with people coming in to talk about different sites or checking on their documents. We aren't into fancy speeches or big promises. We just sit at our desks, look at the maps, and try to make sense of the land deals coming our way. Being in the 122018 area puts us close to a lot of the action. Sometimes we grab tea downstairs and talk to the other business owners in the building. It’s a professional environment but we keep our own office pretty relaxed. There are piles of folders and probably too many pens that don't work. We've been at this for a while now. It's just us, working through the daily grind in Sector-49. No big corporate mystery here, just a group of people trying to do right by the land we manage and the folks we meet.
