THYABODE PRIVATE LIMITED

Thyabode is a small team working out of the first floor of building 1198 in Sector-46, Gurgaon. We have been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the cars and people moving through Gurgaon every day. Our name is a bit unusual, but it basically just means a place to stay. We spend our hours dealing with real estate and housing stuff. It isn't always glamorous work. A lot of it is just checking local listings, making sure the paperwork is correct, and dealing with the local authorities. The office gets a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have some old desks and a coffee machine that barely works, but it feels like a real workplace. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. Being in Haryana-122001 puts us right where we need to be to reach different parts of the city quickly. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing, and other times we finish early if it’s a slow Tuesday. It’s a simple life, and we like the independence that comes with running our own little firm here in Sector 46.
