Qutab Plaza Market in DLF City Phase I is an old favorite for many people. Our shop is J 13. It’s a busy market with a lot of history behind it. We’ve seen other shops come and go over the years. We stay here with our stacks of laptops and boxes of software. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep which we do every morning before opening. The shelves are packed tight with all sorts of things. There isn’t much room for anything else. We sell mice and keyboards and all the little things people lose or break. The glass door has a smudge we can never quite get rid of. People push it in the wrong spot every time they enter. We have a small TV in the corner that we leave on the news. It’s mostly just for background noise during the day. The market gets very loud in the evenings when everyone is out shopping for dinner or groceries. We get a lot of students coming in looking for deals on refurbished gear. We show them what we have on the shelf and let them decide. It’s a straightforward way to run a store without any fuss. People just know we’re here because we’ve been here a long time. We close up when the market starts to thin out and the lights go down.
