Team Group (Tipl &Tbs)

Down in Sector 14, at the Old DLF Colony in building M4, you’ll find our office. Team Group (Tipl &Tbs) is basically just a group of us working on various business services and technical tasks. It’s a bit of a mix here, which keeps things from getting boring. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the elevator being slow sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on calls or in meetings trying to sort out the logistics for our different projects. It’s a regular office life with a lot of paperwork and digital files. We aren't a huge multinational with a hundred floors, just a dedicated team in a local colony. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we aren't the type to wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of us have been around the industry for a long time, so we just do the work without needing much direction. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate retreats. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families. Sector 14 is a decent place to be based, with enough tea stalls and lunch spots nearby to keep us going. We’re just trying to keep the wheels turning and handle our responsibilities as they come. It is a straightforward office job for us.
