We’ve been at Shop No. 5 in Jagdamba Place for a while now. Most people know us because we are right near Dreamz Mall over by the Sector 4-7 Circle. It’s a busy spot on Old Railway Road here in Gururam. We handle a lot of computer stuff and mobile phones every day. People come in when their screens crack or when a laptop just won't start up. Sometimes it’s just about getting a new charger or a cover for a phone. We sit here at the counter and try to figure out what’s wrong with the tech people bring in. It gets dusty around here with the traffic, but we keep the shop open late most days. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop with parts and tools everywhere. We see a lot of locals from the neighborhood. Some stay to chat while we swap out a battery. We have different models of phones on the shelves, some new and some used. If you are walking near the mall, you can see our sign. We started this because we like fixing things ourselves. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning to night. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, but we tell people that straight. No use making promises we can't keep. Just a small team here trying to help people get back online. We don't have a big corporate office, just this one shop with a lot of wires and boxes.
