Our office is on the first floor of H No: 2971 in Sector 23, Gurgaon. It is very close to the local market, which is handy when we need to grab a quick snack or some supplies. This location for Dell India Pvt. Ltd isn't some massive glass tower like you see in the pictures. It’s a practical workspace where we handle local technical issues and support. We have computers everywhere, some opened up for repairs and others waiting to be boxed up. It gets a bit crowded when a lot of parts come in at once. The first-floor walk-up is a bit of a workout, but it keeps us moving. We spend a lot of time on headsets or typing away at keyboards. The Sector 23 area is pretty lively, so there’s always noise coming from the street or the market nearby. We aren't here to give sales pitches; we just fix what’s broken and answer the questions that people bring to us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working in this area. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s a focused environment where the main goal is just getting through the ticket queue and making sure the hardware is doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s just a regular day in a regular Gurgaon office.
