You can find us up on the 5th floor of the Vipul Trade Centre. We are in suite 507. Sector-48 is a busy part of Sohna Road, so there is always a lot of traffic around our building. TERRAIN PROJECTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a group of us who handle various construction and land projects. The office has a good view of the road, which is nice when we take a break. We do a lot of planning here. There are always rolls of blueprints sitting in the corner and pens scattered everywhere. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on how the ground work is progressing at different sites. Gurgaon is always growing, so there is no shortage of work to look at. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of people. We are small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It gets a bit loud in the trade centre sometimes with all the other offices around us, but we don't mind the buzz. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the earth moving equipment shows up when it is supposed to. We have had our share of long days and confusing site issues, but we just keep moving forward. It is just a regular office life mixed with visits to dusty sites. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by, from shops to suppliers.
