If you head over to Wellington Estate in DLF Phase 5, you’ll find us at W2C082. This part of Sector 53 is quite established now, and it’s a nice place to have an office for Templetree Homes Llp. We mostly deal with home-related projects, which makes sense given where we are located. There are a lot of high-rises and apartments around here, so we’re always seeing how people live and what they need in a house. We don’t have a massive staff or a corporate headquarters. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure our clients are happy with their homes. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people to discuss designs and repairs. DLF Phase 5 is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate when we’re trying to concentrate. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood fill up. We don't use any fancy sales talk because we think the work should speak for itself. If a roof needs fixing or a room needs a layout change, we just get to it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and the parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we make it work. It’s a local operation, and we like keeping it that way. We just focus on the homes.
