TCV Developers Private Limited is located at S-48A/26 in DLF City Phase-III. We have been here for a while now, just working on various building projects in the area. The office is really nothing fancy, just a room where we keep our files and answer the phone. DLF City Phase-III is a busy spot, and sometimes it feels like there is construction happening on every single corner. We are right in the thick of it. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to workers to see why a delivery is late. It isn’t always the most exciting work, but it is what we know how to do. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the day. We don’t have a big corporate team or anyone to handle marketing for us. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the jobs get done right. Sometimes we stay late at the office just trying to catch up on the paperwork that piles up. It’s a lot of back and forth, and things don't always go according to plan. But that’s just how development work is in a place like this. We don’t make any big promises, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s been a learning process since we started TCV Developers Private Limited, and we just take it one day at a time.
