Tarkshi Realty Llp is based over on Road No U-25 in DLF Phase III, right in the VPO Nathupur area. This part of Gurgaon is a real mix of the old village and the new corporate world. It’s a busy place with a lot of narrow roads and people always on the move. Our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with real estate and construction, which means our day is never predictable. One day we are checking on a property and the next we are sitting in the office for six hours dealing with legal filings and registration papers. It’s a bit of a maze, both the area and the work itself. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we have available and what the reality of the market is. The office is often crowded with people coming in to ask about plots or rentals. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep things organized, but when you have five different projects going on, there’s always a bit of chaos. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Gurgaon, we just want to do our work and go home. We value the relationships we’ve built with the local people in Nathupur. It’s a tough business, but we’ve managed to stay steady by just being practical and showing up every morning.
