We’re operating out of House Number 320 in Om Vihar. It’s part of the Palam Vihar Extension Block I here in Gurgaon. Taheem Developer Private Limited started out as a small idea and now we’re just here doing our daily work in the development sector. Using a house as an office keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less stiff. Palam Vihar is a busy area, but our street is usually okay. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. We focus on local development projects. It’s a lot of legwork, dealing with paperwork, and making sure things are moving at the right pace. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, which is pretty standard for this business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We’re developers, so we look at land and buildings and try to make something out of them. It’s a straightforward process, even if the regulations can be a pain sometimes. We’ve grown to like this spot in Om Vihar. It’s a practical location for us to get around Gurgaon. We just want to do our jobs, go home, and come back to do it again tomorrow. It’s a small, honest operation without any extra fluff. We try our best to keep everything on track without making things too complicated for ourselves or anyone else.
