Our place is at 247 Udyog Vihar, which is right in Phase-I near Dundahera. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets during the shift changes. The roads are narrow and there are always people walking everywhere. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle all the engineering and systems work. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a layer of dust on everything no matter how much we clean. The building is older, and it has that specific smell of grease and metal that you find in places like this. We have a few benches set up for assembly and some desks for the paperwork part of the job. It’s loud during the day because of the machines running nearby. We don’t really have a front office, so you usually just walk straight into the work area. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we know most of the people in the neighboring units. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and making sure the parts fit right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. It’s just part of the routine here in Udyog Vihar. We like the honesty of the work we do every day.
