Super Fashion India

Super Fashion India is situated at 12/4 Sector 37 along Mathura Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars passing by outside our windows. We have been in this spot for a while, and the workspace is filled with all kinds of stuff we need for the day. There are racks of clothes everywhere you look, and the tables are usually covered in patterns and measuring tapes. It’s a practical setup, nothing too shiny or new, but it serves the purpose. We get in early most days to beat some of the traffic on Mathura Road, which can be a real headache if you time it wrong. Once we are inside, it is all about getting through the list of things that need to be shipped out. We have a small team, and everyone wears a few different hats. One person might be checking the stitching while someone else is answering the phone or hauling boxes to the loading area. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on your feet, so by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It is a simple way of doing things, but it keeps the business running. Sector 37 is an industrial kind of place, so we fit right in with the other shops around us.
