Successive Appreciation Propsperity

Our business, Successive Appreciation Propsperity, is located in the village of Nawada Fatehpur. We are in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon, at House No. 112. The place belongs to Parveen. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you are used to the main part of Gurgaon, as it’s more of a village atmosphere. We deal with property and making sure things appreciate in value over time, which is why we have that name. The office is just a room in a house, really. It’s not corporate at all. We have a couple of chairs and a table where we look at maps and land records. There are usually cows nearby and the sound of the village life is always in the background. We don't do any big advertising. People find us because they are looking for land in this specific area. We know the history of the plots around here and who used to own what. It’s a lot of talking to local farmers and people looking to build something new. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just try to help people find a good piece of land that won't give them trouble later. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most days are quiet, just waiting for someone to stop by for a chat about property. We like the slow pace of the village compared to the noisy city center.
