Our place is Shop 6A on Basai Road. If you are looking for us in Gurugram, just find the wine shop nearby and we are right there next to it. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic and people always moving around. The shop is small but we fit a lot of stuff into it. It’s called Stich and Stash because that’s exactly what we do. We work on the clothes and we store them here. It’s quite dusty because of all the construction and cars on Basai Road, so we are always cleaning the tables. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical workspace. We spend most of the day at the back where it’s a bit quieter. Gurugram is a fast city, but our little corner feels a bit more grounded. We see all kinds of people passing by our door. Sometimes someone pops in thinking we do repairs, but we mostly handle our own production stuff. The light inside is a bit dim, so we have some extra lamps around the desks. We have a lot of threads and scraps of fabric lying on the floor. It’s a real working shop, not a showroom. We get our shipments in and we send them out. It’s a simple cycle for us. We’ve been at this Basai Road spot for some time now. It’s convenient for getting around the city. We just do the work and try to stay organized in the small space we have.
