Sterling Earth is located at Lg 001 in the Moulsari Arcade, right in DLF Phase 3. Being in the lower ground level means we don't get a lot of natural sunlight, but it keeps the place cool during those really hot Gurgaon months. This part of town is always buzzing because it’s so close to the offices and the metro. You can hear the city moving even when you're inside. We’ve been running things from this little spot for a while now. We’re not a high-pressure sales kind of office. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around with laptops, talking to people on the phone and trying to coordinate work on various sites. The arcade itself is a bit of an older building, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. It’s not like those brand-new glass towers where everything feels cold and stiff. We deal with land and earth projects, which is basically what the name says. It’s dirty, practical work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, like a permit taking too long or a machine breaking down, and we just have to sit there and figure it out. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working through a pile of paperwork or eating lunch at our desks. We just try to do honest work and keep our heads down.
