We run STAPLE INFRABUILD INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from our office at L-403 in Pioneer Park, which is right near the Golf Course Extension Road in Sector-61, Gurgaon. This part of the city has changed a lot lately, with all the new roads and buildings going up everywhere. Being located here makes it easier for us to get to our project sites across the city. Our space in Pioneer Park is mostly for the administrative side of things, like handling the payroll and talking to suppliers on the phone. Most of the real work happens out in the field where the machines are. We deal with all kinds of infrastructure tasks, which often means being outside in all kinds of weather. The summers in Gurgaon are no joke, so we have to plan our heavy work for the cooler hours of the day. We have a mix of younger workers and some older guys who have been in construction since before this area was even developed. It’s a good balance for us. We spend a lot of time checking on materials and making sure the supplies like cement and steel show up when they are supposed to. There is always some kind of delay with transport or labor, but we just handle it as it comes without complaining. It is a busy life, but we like being part of the growth happening around here every day.
