S.S.D.N. Landbase India Private Limited

We’re up on the fifth floor of the ILD Trade Centre in Sector 47. Most days it’s just us here in Gurgaon dealing with property stuff and land papers. It gets pretty busy around this part of Haryana especially with all the new buildings going up nearby. S.S.D.N. Landbase India Private Limited started because there was a lot of work to do with real estate in this city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The office has a good view but we aren’t looking out the window much. People come by to talk about plots or just to check on their documents. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. Gurgaon moves fast and we try to keep up with the changes. Sometimes the elevator takes forever which is annoying when we have a meeting. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people know the building because of the shops downstairs. We handle the land side of things. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the paperwork is right and the clients know what's happening with their land. You can find us here most weekdays if the traffic isn't too bad. That's pretty much how we run things every day. We just try to stay honest and help people find the right spots for their projects without all the extra corporate noise.
