Srs Value Bazaar

We are located inside the Omaxe Gurgaon Mall on Sohna Road, right in Sector 49. Being in a mall is a bit different from a street shop, but it’s still the same kind of daily grind. We have to follow the mall timings, so we are here from the morning until the lights go down late at night. The air conditioning is nice, but it can feel a bit disconnected from the outside world sometimes. We spend a lot of our time walking up and down the aisles, making sure the labels are facing the right way and the stock is full. Sohna Road is always a mess with traffic, so we hear about it from almost every customer who walks in. The shop is fairly large, so there’s a lot of floor to cover when we’re cleaning or helping someone find something. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just put the items on the shelves and let people browse. On weekends, the mall gets really packed with families, and that’s when we are the busiest. It’s a lot of scanning items and bagging things up for hours on end. Sometimes the system goes slow, or we run out of bags, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. It’s just a standard place for people in Gurgaon to get their shopping done without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily checklist every single day.
