You can find us at 21, Kusum Marg, over in DLF Phase-1. It’s a nice, leafy street, and we like being located here. Derika International isn’t a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team, and we mostly handle sourcing and trade. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels a bit more comfortable that way. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to people in different time zones. Sometimes the hours are a bit odd because of that. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings in glass boardrooms. We just sit around the table and figure things out. Phase-1 is a good location, quite central and easy for people to get to. We’ve been here for a good number of years and haven't felt the need to move. There’s plenty of paperwork to go around, and some days are definitely more stressful than others when things don't go according to plan. But we just take it as it comes. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our partners have known us for a long time. It’s all about building those connections and just doing the work honestly. That’s enough for us to keep going.
