Sriram Properties

Our office is at Plot No - 62 on New Railway Road in Bhim Nagar, Sector 6. It’s quite close to the Union Bank, so we usually tell people to look for that landmark first. Sriram Properties is a small operation. The office is basically one large room partitioned into smaller sections with some plywood. It’s not the most modern look, but it works for what we need. The New Railway Road gets a lot of traffic, especially with the trains nearby, so there’s a constant hum in the background. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s piled high with site plans and old newspapers. Most of the time, we’re out and about, but there’s always someone here to keep the door open. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It’s just us. We know the Bhim Nagar area like the back of our hands because we’ve walked every street of it. We often share a meal in the office during lunchtime, and anyone who drops by usually gets offered a glass of water or some tea. It’s a very informal place. We don’t have a dress code, and we don’t use a lot of jargon. We just talk about property in plain English and try to keep our records as neat as possible in the drawers.
