SPHEERO DEVELOPERS LIMITED is located on Level 1 of One Horizon Centre in DLF Phase 5. Even though the building itself is one of those very shiny, modern towers on Golf Course Road, our actual daily life is a bit more grounded. The lobby is fancy, but once you get into the workspace, it’s all about the hustle of Gurgaon’s real estate world. We deal with a lot of noise from the traffic outside, even on the first floor. The office is often a mess of site plans, coffee mugs, and chargers for phones that are constantly running out of battery. It’s a fast-paced spot where we’re always trying to keep up with the latest updates from our projects. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing; we just talk about what needs to get done before the day ends. The elevators are fast, but the walk from the parking garage feels like it takes forever. There’s a lot of pressure being in such a central part of Gurgaon, but we try to keep things simple inside our four walls. We have a small area where we keep the files, and it’s getting pretty full lately. Most of us eat lunch while still looking at our screens or talking about the next site visit. It’s a professional enough space, but it’s definitely a place where real work happens, not just a showpiece office.
